Satria Neo R3 Lotus racing edition

KUALA LUMPUR: Proton Holdings Bhd will initially produce 25 units of its newly-launched Proton Satria Neo R3 Lotus Racing Edition.

Inspired by the spirit of Lotus Racing, the car is powered by Proton's race-proven 1.6-litre CamPro CPS engine, and re-tuned by R3 for more power and torque utilising its Engine Management System, performance camshafts, carbon fibre air-intake and titanium exhaust headers.

The Satria Neo R3 Lotus Racing Edition is currently available at RM115,000.

R3, which stands for "Race, Rally and Research, is Proton's motorsport division specialising in the research, development and production of race cars and performance parts.

Satria Neo limited edition. RM 115k. Ok tak ok?
Dari segi enjin, macam tak cukup power. Model limited ni, ingat letak enjin proton yang turbo tu, tapi maybe belom siap sepenuhnya. Jantung dia pakai CPS yang dah di tuned oleh R3.

Suspension pakai OHLIN, bukan brand murahan, tak main lah kayaba, OHLIN beb, F1 pon pakai OHLIN. Caliper brake pakai brand AP racing. kenal? AP racing ni brand caliper for kereta Porsche. Tak main lah halfcut, barang baru, dara lagi, berbaloi baloi. Hood pakai Carbon Fiber punya. Ringan dan kuat, kalau setakat Alex raja lawak pijak-pijak, tak kemek pon hood tu.

Rasa-rasa nya Satria GTi, Satria R3, Satria R3 Lotus, mana lagi laju? Kalau ikot atas kertas, Gti laju, enjin mitsubishi, 4g93, 1.8cc, masuk head Mivec, jadi Mivec 1.8, mantop. Tapi R3 Lotus jangan pandang sebelah mata, body part banyak main Carbon Fiber, kelebihan dekat jumlah berat kereta. Satria Neo ni chasis memang dibina untuk kegunaan trek. Oleh itu, bila pakai seat standart, ruang legar atas kepala jadi sikit. Sebab chasis racing ni sesuai pakai bucket seat. Jenis seat terus rapat ke floor kereta.
